Interview Preparation
1) The candidate must make sure that he is punctual. Reach on time. Be polite to everyone he meets before and after the interview. 2) First impression are greatly formed by our appearance even before we began to speak. Your clothes mustn’t look too casual. Shoes must be polished. Ladies should wear minimum jewellery. 3) A candidates body language speaks a lot about his persona. A soft pleasant smile on your face enhances your personality. Good interview is attentive and is able to draw the interviewer attention. 4) The art of speaking means a lot in the interview . Good communication includes your tone, voice and choice of words. A candidates can make a good communication if he modulates the pitch of his voice according to the meaning and the situation. 5) Be enthusiastic, listen carefully to the interviewer, be honest to your words Qualities One should posses to crack an interview.One should have the deep subject knowledge he studies during his academics. Candidate should be loyal while giving answers relating to his academics. The interview panel may ask for the reason for the shift in an area of subject. A good general knowledge and good general awareness is a pre requisite for the candidate aspiring for the job or admission. The judgement panel asses the candidate’s mental ability, analytical ability and the capacity of coherent perception of multiple happening. Appearance , clothes, facial expression, gestures, manners adds to the persona of the candidate. The candidate should be very clear about his career objective as interview panel is very interested in evaluating the candidates career objective. communication skill is one of the star quality the candidate have for cracking the interview.
